Janelle Jurcik, AAS, AOSC

Janelle Jurcik is the Revenue Cycle Manager at Illinois Vein Specialists, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in healthcare coding, billing, and reimbursements. Dedicated to helping patients navigate their care with confidence, Janelle specializes in resolving insurance reimbursement issues, explaining claims processes, and connecting patients with valuable community resources.

A valued member of the IVS team for 15 years, Janelle finds deep fulfillment in witnessing the positive transformations in patients’ lives—especially seeing their relief and joy when they discover effective treatments for their vein conditions. A strong advocate for patient education, she believes that empowering individuals with knowledge about proper vein care helps them advocate for their own health and share important preventative insights with their doctors, friends, and family.

Janelle’s educational background includes a certificate in Medical Secretary-Office Education (1994), a Pharmacology Certificate from Harper College (2016), and an Associate Degree in Applied Science Administration Office Management from McHenry Community College (2018). She is also NOTCI Administrative Accredited and holds a certificate in Administrative Office Skills.

Outside of work, Janelle enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and can often be found fishing or relaxing at the beach.
