Amy James, M.A.

Amy James has been with Illinois Vein Specialists since 2019 and is one of our certified medical assistants. She is also certified in phlebotomy and as a nursing assistant.

As a medical assistant, Amy believes it is her responsibility to advocate for patients. This means listening and helping patients, their families, and friends to understand the importance of vein care as part of their overall health.

It’s also what led her to work in healthcare for the past twenty-seven years and to specialize in vein care.

During her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling, boating, and watching her favorite sports.
